Tatar Surawisesa
A secant pile retaining wall across two areas of the Tatar Surawisesa cluster at Kota Baru Parahyangan. 338 bored piles in total, built in two stages over five months.
Area 2 covers 175 piles: 87 primary piles at Ø 600 mm and 88 secondary piles at Ø 800 mm, the secondary piles spaced 1,200 mm centre to centre with an effective length of 20.10 m. The Club House area covers 163 piles at Ø 500 mm — 81 primary and 82 secondary — spaced 900 mm, effective length 15.10 m.
Primary piles use fc’ 12.5 MPa concrete and are bored first; secondary piles at fc’ 30 MPa are then cut into them. Measured overlap is 100 mm in Area 2 and 50 mm at the Club House, giving a continuous wall with no gaps. Every pile position was re-surveyed after boring and recorded in its own piling record.
