Foundations for a biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Cikande, Banten — a three-storey building with a basement. We built 82 bored piles across four diameters, all with a 9 metre effective length.

The split follows the loads carried: 17 piles at Ø 400 mm, 34 at Ø 600 mm, and 31 at Ø 800 mm in two reinforcement types. Because the building has a basement, cut-off levels differ by type — from −4.60 to −7.00 — taking pile toes down to elevation −16.00.

All piles use BJTS-42 steel with reinforcement matched to diameter: 12D13 at Ø 400 mm, 12D16 at Ø 600 mm, and 16D19 at Ø 800 mm. Spiral ties are close-pitched at the head and open out towards the toe, following the moment distribution.
